Time is one of those concepts that is much like money….everyone wants it and yet, it’s easy to create a scarcity of it. The irony is that it is just as easy to create an abundance of it as it is to create scarcity.

In business, you can be rocking along great and then challenges and unexpected events happen, derailing things. A spiral of internal and external emotion and chaos can ensue. Focus can get captivated by fear and other endeavors that are less than productive.

When you encounter challenges, you have options. One of the four F’s comes into play.
When you go into reaction mode, the tendency is to Fight, Flight, or Freeze.
In other words, you can:

  • FIGHT it and struggle from a less than creative place.
  • Take FLIGHT from the challenge – which happens all too often on an unconscious level.
  • FREEZE in position becoming stuck and feeling trapped in a situation.

In these three scenarios, you can disconnect or disassociate from the important things at hand, those things that can lead you back to peace, productivity, and profitability.

One other “F” word I invite you to engage is to FACE the challenge.

Humans are just hard wired to look for the threats in life rather than the one creative and strategic solution out of the paper bag. It requires stopping, breathing and taking a different angle on the situation – which is merely a new habit.

Take a deep dive into the pieces driving the dynamics. The tendency is to take an overall picture of the situation and label it or make meaning about ourselves from it. Meaning like, “I’m a failure” or “I’m not good enough” or “It’s not meant to be” – NO!

In that moment, you are a MEANING MAKING MACHINE! And you have control over what meaning you make out of a situation. YOU must be willing to champion for what you really want!

Ready to engage and FACE the things that matter?

Would it be okay if you accomplished this in 48 Hours or less?

The next 48 HR Breakthrough™ is October 1 & 2 in Springfield, MO area.

“The investment of both time and money in the 48 Hour Breakthrough™ Ground Level Leadership is absolutely worth it!”

“I signed up for the 48 Hour Breakthrough thinking it would be very similar to other professional development retreats I’ve done before.  I was expecting a familiar experience like those I’ve attended in the past. I also brought zero expectations to the weekend, because I didn’t think it was possible to break any new ground or experience a revelation. I thought I’d done all that work.

But the self-discovery was way beyond anything I have ever experienced.

I gained a lot of tools to accelerate my business growth. The most valuable for me was the action plan I developed at the retreat

Using Horses – “It was an incredible learning experience!”

“Coming out of the 48 Hour Breakthrough, the clarity of my path has never been better. It is spectacular! I can’t even begin to describe how big that is for me. I know exactly where my business is going.”
